Cultivating Success Habits

We as humans are habitual beings…most people’s lives are built around habits.

Here are some important tips from Chris and Janet Attwood on ‘What are Success Habits’

  • Taking the time daily to review your top five passions
  • Choosing in favor of your passions whenever you are faced with a decision
  • Taking responsibility for the life you have created
  • Taking time daily for prayer and/or meditation
  • Getting regular exercise
  • Getting adequate rest
  • Charitable giving on a regular basis
  • Eating healthy food that supports clarity
  • Speaking positively and uplifting others through your speech

Scientists have shown that it takes about 21 days to cultivate a new habit…wow..I’m going to try with one at a time…choose one and master it!
