Shine the Light

Its been a little hard living in the moment in the past couple of days…I’ve been thinking too much of what is going to happen in the future. And my parents are visiting for 5 weeks starting Wednesday and I’ve ben thinking of the impact that this will have on my life…I’m way to independent! I need my space…damn!! We and our limiting beliefs!!
I had a great weekend..I saw an amazing performance workshop

I saw this amazing movie over the weekend ..Coach Carter…great movie…it is based on a true story of a school coach’s great vision of creating schoolboys into ‘men’! ‘Men’ in the real world..There was this amazing quote from the movie that just caught my one of those quotes that is going to stay with me for life…here goes…see what you can take from it..its an epiphany for me!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people don’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Sir I just wanna say thank you…you saved my life.
